Transportation and vehicle hire company CoachHire.com will be undertaking one of their greatest logistical challenges this festive season when they provide transport for OfficeChristmas.co.uk.

A global media firm with thousands of employees will be one of the Christmas party organiser's biggest clients this year, with roughly 3,500 staff invited. These people will all need to be moved from various locations around London to Tobacco Dock in Wapping for the company event on December 6.

“We will be providing enough vehicles to take everyone from wherever they are in London to the venue as well as marshals and stewards to direct passengers on and off the coaches,” said Mathew Hassell, managing director of CoachHire.com. “We will also have back-up vehicles and reserve drivers to make sure that the risk of delays and hitches is kept to an absolute minimum.”

CoachHire.com have previously provided transport for the British Lawn Tennis Association, the MTV Music Awards and Diabetes UK. They specialise in transport solutions for conferences and events as well as airport transfers and tours throughout the UK and parts of Europe. The vehicles they are able to provide vary from standard saloon cars up to VIP coaches, with capacities varying from four to 72 passengers.

“It is certainly going to be a challenge to provide transport for so many people over such a large area, but I am confident that our experienced and professional people have the facilities to do a great job on the night. I hope that the clients have a fantastic night and a merry Christmas,” added Mr Hassell.

More information is available on the company's recently redeveloped website: coachhire.com. The site has over 100 pages of content, an online quote and booking system and a number of online payment and customer support options.

The website is powered by the award-winning eCoach Manager system, which integrates the website's content management system with automated quote generation, job allocation and sharing, invoicing and payment processing. This means that customers get the best, fastest and smoothest service possible from the first enquiry to journey completion.

The company's online facilities are supported by a dedicated office team of customer services staff as well as drivers and top-of-the-range vehicles.
