Global leader Cenegenics announced 74-year-old Dr. Life with his Elite Health approach is standing tall among Olympic Gold Medalists, athletes and other celebrities

Dr. Jeff Life, Senior Partner Cenegenics Elite Health Las Vegas: Amazing transformation, from age 57 to 74

I’m blown away, named with noted men worldwide. This reinforces what Cenegenics’ founder and visionary, Dr. Alan Mintz, was all about. In fact, I believe the Cenegenics Elite Health Program has become even greater than he imagined.

Dr. Jeff Life, Cenegenics Senior Partner and NY Times bestselling author, made Men’s Fitness magazine’s “A” list of the top 25 fittest guys worldwide featured in their December 2012 issue, announced Cenegenics, the global leader and recognized leading authority in age management medicine. The magazine titled 74-year-old Life as the “Age-Defier” who challenges the way we perceive aging, listing him among elite men who make the right decisions that propel them to their goals—like heavy hitter Many Pacquiao, Olympic Gold Medalists Usain Bolt, Michael Phelps and LeBron James and many other celebrities.

Life made the shift from family medicine back in 2004, when he joined Cenegenics to practice their Elite Health Program, which led him to an amazing health and body transformation. By 2006 onward, his body that looks like a 30-year-old has became a key image in Cenegenics’ ad campaigns, which captured international media attention. Clearly, Life’s passion for maximized health, vitality and wellness appears to be never ending.

“I’m blown away by being named with such noted men from around the world. In my mind, this just reinforces what Cenegenics’ founder and visionary, Dr. Alan P. Mintz, was all about. In fact, I believe the Cenegenics Elite Health Program has become even greater than he imagined. For me, the Cenegenics proactive medical approach has made a vast improvement on my health and a total reversal of my whole aging process. People tell me how amazing I look—but no one is more amazed than I am,” Life said.

Back in 2011, Life wrote about his health success, authoring “The Life Plan”—published by Atria Books/Simon & Schuster. His book introduces men to the Cenegenics approach for healthier aging and shares techniques he used to achieve new levels of fitness he never dreamed possible over a decade ago when he had full-blown metabolic syndrome: pre-diabetic with a pot belly, high cholesterol levels, low libido, fatigue and sluggish thinking.

“If I hadn’t met Cenegenics nine and a half years ago, I may not even have been alive today. My cardiologist says this health approach has altered my life. Without it, I would have continued to have cardiovascular disease. But today, I have more energy than I did in my 30s and 40s, better cognitive abilities, vastly improved sexual function vs. my 50s, more zest for living and more purpose than ever,” Life said.
