CMV Inc. announced today its plans to build a private motorsport club adjacent to Denver International Airport. Altezza Motorsport Park is the regions only “country club” style motorsport destination designed for use by both private club members and the general public.

Altezza is situated on 366 acres in Adams County, Colorado between Denver International Airport and Front Range Airport. The site presents majestic views of the entire Rocky Mountain Front Range and provides efficient and convenient access to both airports as well as downtown Denver. With rolling terrain, majestic views, and convenience, Altezza will be the premier motorsport destination in the Rocky Mountains, and surrounding states.

The focal point of Altezza Motorsport Park is the 3-mile FIA racing circuit designed by the world renowned German Formula One track designer, Hermann Tilke. Additional amenities include a 1-mile kart track also designed by Hermann Tilke, a well-appointed club house, track side garages and villas, plus a very large vehicle dynamics pad suitable for a variety of vehicle testing and events. Proposed future amenities include an outdoor concert venue, running trails, motocross track, and towed-cable water ski lake.

Altezza will be built by leading Colorado architects, engineers, and contractors. The exterior of the buildings creates a modern interpretation of the Colorado mountain aesthetic by incorporating rustic materials, stacked stone columns, and rough-cut timbers. The club house is reflective of a mountain ski lodge with high open ceilings and generous expanses of glass thus providing uninhibited views of the mountains and all club activities.

As a multi-use destination centered on the motorsports lifestyle, Altezza is a facility not only for motorsports, but research & development, testing, education, and business. It is a place designed for the benefit of the community as well as an opportunity for business growth.
