•     The industry’s first long range Wi-Fi product line powered by ultra-fast 802.11ac gigabit Wi-Fi technology and Amped Wireless’ High Power Wi-Fi Technology for faster Wi-Fi speeds at greater distances. The new product line will include the RTA15 High Power Dual Band AC Wi-Fi Router, the REA20 High Power Dual Band AC Wi-Fi Range Extender and the ACA1 High Power Dual Band AC Wi-Fi USB Adapter.
•     The REC10 High Power 600mW Compact Wi-Fi Range Extender. The universal range extender combines a small, elegant, plug-in form factor with the same award winning High Power Technology found in larger models to deliver an affordable, long range Wi-Fi solution that extends Wi-Fi coverage by up to 6,500 sq ft.
•     The SB2000 High Power Dual Band Wi-Fi Signal Booster for boosting Wi-Fi signals by replacing the antenna from existing certified dual band Wi-Fi devices.
•     For the Windows 8 market, Amped Wireless has a product designed specifically for use with Windows 8 Tablets, Ultrabooks and laptops. This new product provides Windows 8 devices with up to three times greater Wi-Fi range and performance compared to standard internal Wi-Fi adapters.

The Amped Wireless Difference: High Power Technology

Amped Wireless products feature advanced Wi-Fi amplifiers to boost wireless performance. Standard Wi-Fi devices have a wireless output power of 50mW, while Amped Wireless products boasts 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz amplifiers with up to 1000mW of output power. The boosted performance is optimally tuned with dual high gain antennas for maximum range and performance. (Typical Wi-Fi devices do not utilize wireless amplifiers and are equipped with antennas that have zero antenna gain.)
