MEA and the Utility Leadership Academy are pleased to offer a two-day Field Leader Training Program titled "On The Line: Building Team-Leader Skills." Give your line team leaders practical, hands-on experience in how to effectively lead their crews with this energy industry focused, two-day course.

It should be required training for all supervisors and managers, regardless of how long they have been on the job.

MEA and the Utility Leadership Academy are pleased to offer a two-day Field Leader Training Program titled "On The Line: Building Team-Leader Skills." Give your line team leaders practical, hands-on experience in how to effectively lead their crews with this energy industry focused, two-day course.

This course provides for the specialty training needs of the energy industry field team leader by focusing on how to effectively direct the activities of their crew and communicate with management. Attendees will receive leadership tools they can immediately apply back on the job in areas such as planning work, leading teams, and improving safety. Program facilitators from PLS Consulting have developed a unique program for field leaders, based on extensive energy industry surveys and research that is designed to help build and improve field leader skills.

Madison Gas and Electric in Madison, Wisconsin is hosting two events – January 23-24 and February 6-7 and SourceGas in Golden, Colorado is hosting a training event from January 30-31. Certificates of Completion and CEU credits are provided.
