Thousands of non-profit groups signed up to sell $5 savings booklets, which contained over $400 in savings on in-store and online merchandise to be used during the Bon-Ton Community Days event on November 9 and November 10. 100% of the $5 booklet donation is retained by the organizations. In light of the destruction of Hurricane Sandy, customers were given the option to designate their donation to local participating groups or to the American Red Cross.
