New Charlotte accident attorney joins Auger & Auger, a North Carolina personal injury and wrongful death law firm.

“We want to make sure when a client calls, that they have access to an attorney,” Founding Attorney Herbert Auger said. “Hunter will be handling auto, truck and motorcycle accident cases.”

Auger & Auger is proud to announce Phillip “Hunter” Gillespie has joined the firm as an associate personal injury attorney.

“Hunter Gillespie will be a great addition to Auger & Auger as we continue to fight for the rights of accident victims in 2013 and beyond,” said Founding Attorney Herbert W. Auger.

Gillespie is a graduate of Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins Schools of Law in Raleigh, where earned his Juris Doctorate. He has an undergraduate degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Auger & Auger, Attorneys at Law, continues to expand and now has offices in Raleigh and Greensboro in addition to a trio of Charlotte locations. The firm focuses on North Carolina personal injury and wrongful death litigation, including car accidents, truck accidents, bicycle and pedestrian accidents and premises liability. Auger & Auger also handles work accidents and workers’ compensation claims.

“We want to make sure when a client calls, that they have access to an attorney,” Auger said. “Hunter will be handling auto, truck and motorcycle accident cases.”

While in law school, Gillespie spent several years as a law clerk for a North Carolina personal injury law firm. He was a semi-finalist in the Richard A. Lord Intramural Moot Court Competition and participated in Men’s Legal Caucus, North Carolina Advocates for Justice and Phi Alpha Delta.

Charlotte Personal Injury Attorney Herbert Auger believes in high-impact, aggressive representation for injury victims. He opened his Charlotte practice after years representing accident victims at a large personal injury law firm in New York City. Arlene P. Auger has also represented injury victims in Charlotte since 1995, after working for law firms representing GEICO and other large insurance companies in New York.

Auger & Auger’s proven success highlights a partnership that understands how insurance companies and their defense attorneys operate. Such insight is often invaluable in the fight for justice on behalf of accident victims and their families. The addition of Hunter Gillespie will continue to ensure clients will receive the same high-quality legal representation that has built the firm’s outstanding reputation in North Carolina.
