Girl Scouts of Southeastern Michigan (GSSEM) today released a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Graphic Design services for the Council’s overall marketing and communications efforts. GSSEM, headquartered in Detroit, is the local council chartered by Girl Scouts of the USA to facilitate Girl Scouting experiences for it’s more than 40,000 girl and adult member’s in the Council’s eight county jurisdiction.
GSSEM is seeking a Graphic Design vendor who will work directly with the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer in the development our council’s overall creative direction, create effective digital and print graphics solutions and manage the creative process from concept to execution.
“Like many organizations, we compete daily with any number of media for our audiences’ attention,” said Michael Baird, GSSEM Chief Marketing & Communications Officer. “It is critical that our collateral creatively and effectively engages and informs our girls, parents, donors, and other audiences, whether it’s presented in print or digitally. We are seeking a vendor who can bring a fresh, new, exciting creative direction to our efforts,” Baird concluded.
The RFP scope of work includes development and management all council creative including, but not limited to brochures, postcards, event marketing materials and collateral; web site design, layout and distribution of electronic publications, and managing print vendors and orders, including management of online print storefront system and job approvals.
