The Lifeline Program CEO Scott Page will serve as a panelist tomorrow, Friday, Dec. 7, on Stuart Varney’s Fox Business Network show, “Varney & Company.” The popular morning news show covers the stock market opening and features interviews with Wall Street experts, industry executives and policymakers. The show airs from 9:20 to 11 a.m. EST and tomorrow will focus on the new jobs report, fiscal cliff talks, companies announcing early dividends to avoid higher taxes, and higher taxes on the rich vs. no deal at all.
Friday morning’s program marks the second time Page serves as a contributing expert for the duration of the news broadcast. As a life settlement industry pioneer and Lifeline founder/CEO, Page appeared as a guest on “Varney & Co.” several times this past year to comment on how settlements work, financing retirement in today’s economic downturn and consequences of allowing the Bush-era estate tax cuts to expire. Page distinguished himself as not only an expert on life settlements but also on issues facing seniors and boomers such as how to fund retirement, pay for long-term care and manage the many financial challenges associated with aging. Varney joined FOX Business Network as an anchor in 2007. He hosts "Varney & Co.” and serves as a business contributor and substitute host for FOX News Channel's "Your World with Neil Cavuto." Varney has also appeared on "Bulls & Bears," "Cavuto on Business" and "Cashin' In."
