Alan Fine, performance coach, author and co-developer of the G.R.O.W.(TM) Model, will be addressing employees at two large international consumer organizations in New York City, NY on Wednesday, December 12, 2012. Both speaking engagements will explore the fundamental concepts of high-performance and how to produce predictable and sustainable results in yourself and those you influence.

Alan Fine will present to a major international consumer bank the morning of December 12, 2012. The banking organization has retail banking operations in over 100 countries and territories around the world. The organization believes that each employee, regardless of their position, has opportunities to lead. To help prepare employees for these opportunities, the organization hosts speaking engagements from thought leaders such as Alan Fine. Alan's presentation is part of the company's larger initiative to provide all employees access to leadership training. The presentation will be attended by 200 employees locally. Approximately 3,000 employees globally will participate in the event via television broadcast and by audio conferencing. Additionally, employees will be able to access an archive of the presentation in the days following Alan's visit.

Alan will also be meeting with a luxury American jewelry and silver brand on December 12, 2012. A more intimate meeting of Human Resource and Learning professionals, Alan will explore the fundamentals of high performance: Faith, Fire and Focus. In addition, participants will learn how to significantly enhance the use of knowledge that already exists within the organization, allowing employees to take action on individual and organization business objectives.

"The biggest obstacle--and opportunity, in performance isn't not knowing what to do; it's about doing what we know." says Alan Fine. "Many organizations experience performance breakthroughs when they capitalize on the knowledge and experience that already exist in each employee."

An open invitation to attend one of these engagements has been extended to the media, event planners and Learning & Development executives. To accept this invitation, please contact Jacques Bazinet at jacquesbzinet (at) insideoutdev (dot) com.
