Approaching the one year anniversary of the launch of their free online patient reviews monitoring service, Digital Solutions, Inc and MDWebPro are excited to announce the next generation of the service which currently monitors more than 4,000 online patient review profiles for MDs.

There are no longer any doubts if patients Google their doctors

The free service monitors the top 22 review sites on a weekly basis on behalf of doctors and sends a weekly email update to the doctors informing them of any new reviews or ratings posted with their name online. Marc Ohmann, President and CEO of Digital Solutions states, “This next generation of our online reviews monitoring software makes significant behind the scenes improvements to the system. We moved the servers powering the service to a new datacenter and upgraded server hardware allowing us to now offer the service to 10s of thousands of doctors.”

Reviews of the service are widely available across the web as many doctors were early adopters. Gary Hall, M.D. F.A.C.S comments, "I have been utilizing MDWebPro for several months now. The service has been very useful to keep me informed of new reviews and has even made me aware of old reviews that I did not know existed. I have been glad that I started utilizing them."

Digital Solutions offers the service free of charge to medical professionals and their staff and plans to keep the service free indefinitely. Ohmann continues, “We built this as a free service to help doctors level the playing field. We found that with the emergence of online reviews, physicians were at a disadvantage as consumers gained a prominent voice and doctors had no easy methods available to monitor that voice.”

Simon Sikorski M.D. in a recent article on kevinmd.com adds, “There are no longer any doubts if patients Google their doctors. Social media, your website, and Google is part of virtually every patient’s search for a doctor. Google is a reference check and has become the most important tool to establish a sufficient level of trust for an appointment to be scheduled.” Doctors can sign up for the free reviews tracking service at MDWebPro.com/Get-My-Reviews.
