Employees that acquired advanced skills were able to save an hour or more each day in their daily business tasks and a quantified 20 hours of savings a month allowing them to move on to other tasks in a time efficient manner.
While the major benefi¬t to the client was in terms of cost savings in employee time, that time savings has resulted in major work efficiencies. It effectively freed up a total of 4,000 hours of saved time which is being used for new projects. Looking at it from a monetary perspective it averages to two years of wages, saving the company approximately one half million dollars each month.
