Rick del Castillo & Ryland Angel Unite To Create A Charmingly Delightful Array of Christmas Lullabies

English opera counter-tenor sensation Ryland Angel joins forces with Austin based nylon guitar titan Rick del Castillo to create a surprisingly simple, low-key ensemble of beautifully crafted Christmas songs.

Angel, celebrated for his opulent vocal arrangements and del Castillo, notorious for fiery supersonic finger flurries traded in their calling cards to record ten blissful lullabies with nothing more than one voice and a single guitar to help infants reach joyous sleep.

The title track “Little Child of God” (penned by del Castillo) is the sole original, while the remaining nine gems are unique versions of some timeless favorites (“Silent Night”, “Away in a Manger” & “Infant Holy”) and some less known classics such as “Sans day Carol”, Quem Pastores” and “The Wexford Carol”.

Though most of these classics carry a yuletide flavor, “Little Child of God” could be more than a seasonal adventure. Rest assured, these ten little treasures could help your “infant holy” to sleep all year ‘round.
