OneCommand’s Employees and Technology Deliver Holiday Cheer

OneCommand partners with the Salvation Army and Cincinnati Bell to bring the joy of the holidays to the local tri-state community.

OneCommand, ( the leading Customer Marketing and Loyalty Automation Platform™ for auto dealers, schools, municipalities, churches, charities and sports organizations, announces that they will once again partner with the Salvation Army to take part in the Adopt-a-Family Program. In an effort to deliver holiday spirit, OneCommand will again partner with Cincinnati Bell to power their Santa Calls Program and deliver the voice of Santa to the youth in the tri-state.

Each year, the Salvation Army’s Adopt-a-Family Program matches impoverished families and seniors with a sponsor to provide for their needs at Christmas. Without the benefit of an adoption program, these individuals would simply do without during the holiday season. Once an Adopt-a-Family match is made, wish lists are sent to the sponsor, who shops, wraps, and delivers the items back to the Salvation Army Christmas Distribution Center.

OneCommand has been partnering with the Salvation Army to participate in the Adopt-a-Family Program for over nine years. The employees at OneCommand have worked to raise tens of thousands of dollars to bring Christmas to local families. Over the years OneCommand employees have supplied toys, electronics, appliances, furniture, clothing and food to over 50 families and seniors. This Christmas season is no different; through the Adopt-a-Family Program, OneCommand will bring the joy of Christmas to Cincinnati.

“The team at OneCommand never ceases to amaze me with their generous donations to the Adopt-a-Family Program,” comments Lana Fender, Senior Executive Assistant and Corporate Travel Executive at OneCommand and Adopt-A-Family Program Coordinator. She continues, “I am proud of our organization and thank them for donating to help make a difference in the lives of individuals who are less fortunate.”

OneCommand will also partner with Cincinnati Bell to bring the magic of Christmas to the youth in the tri-state area. For the seventh year in a row, OneCommand will power Cincinnati Bell’s Santa Calls, this program makes it possible for friends and family to send a personalized message to children on their Christmas list with a call from Santa himself. Santa Calls can be delivered to any home or mobile phone in Cincinnati, Dayton, Northern Kentucky and parts of Indiana free-of-charge.

Since 2006 OneCommand has been powering Cincinnati Bell’s Santa Calls Program; to date they have delivered over 500,000 personalized communications that have brought joy to the youth in the tri-state area. To schedule Santa calls, simply visit, then personalize it with the name of the child, add the date and time your call should be delivered, and select your choice of four Santa greetings. Although calls can only be delivered to children with 513, 937, 859 or 812 area codes, they can be scheduled online from anywhere in the country.
