Visualization the key to a long life? In an interview with People Magazine, the Oscar winning actress Sophia Loren shares the secret to looking good at 78. According to Loren, it is the habits she maintains and how she visualizes herself.
"I go to bed very early and wake up at five in the morning and have coffee and exercise and do things in the house when it's quiet,” says Loren. The actress also credits her still fabulous figure not to plastic surgery or Botox, but pasta. "Everything you see here I owe to spaghetti."
But Loren says the real secret to aging well starts with how you visualize yourself. “When you feel good in your skin, it's because you lived the life you always wanted to live. I'm very well in my skin."
