25 Years ago on December 7, 1987 one of the most shocking Workplace Violence disasters happened in California when recently terminated employee David Burke killed his former boss Ray Thomson with a 44 magnum revolver at 22,000 feet aboard PSA Flight 1771. Burke also shot to death the pilots and flight attendant before he pushed the flight control column forward causing the aircraft to dive straight down killing all 43 people on board.
