Property Solutions International, Inc., the largest provider of property management websites and payments, announced the release of ResidentVerify, the first and only screening product built on a fully integrated platform that automates clients’ predetermined screening parameters for improved workflow and reduced processing time. By collecting applicant data through PropsectPortal’s online application process, ResidentVerify has the ability to apply company-specific screening criteria and return results to property managers in seconds by expediting the applicant approval process.
