It's a landscape owned by the few and populated by the many who are part of it but feel like outsiders.
Nix doesn't just see the world; he feels and experiences and translates it into music. So Nix changes tempo to draw attention to a section of a song that might otherwise get lost in the mix. Or he'll strip away all other sound and let one instrument speak. His lyrics are like a bittersweet diary.
