First, has provided information about how to stay healthy; now a directory of health-related services is launching for the start of the new year.

Since the site was launched in 2011, has been an information archive for people seeking a more healthful, less stressful way of life. From relaxation tips to herbal weight loss remedies, the site has something for nearly every visitor, but at the beginning of 2013, it's going one step further, and launching a health directory.

What's a health directory? Site owner Brian Palamino describes it as a user-rated list of different health service providers."From massage therapists to mental health workers, and alternative medical practitioners to personal trainers, if it relates to living healthy, our directory will have it," he explains.

"Once the site launches," he continues, "visitors to will be able to find the health service they want in a location they need. They'll be able to rate the service providers they use, or see how others have rated them." And they'll even be able to suggest health services they already use, but that aren't yet in the directory.

As for health service providers, themselves, they'll be able to submit a listing that includes the name and website for their company, their contact information (phone and email) and the name of a specific person whom potential clients should address. Listings will be self-submitted - practitioners and providers will have to enter their own information - but human beings will approve each new listing before it goes "live."

Why add a directory Brian Palamino says, "This is just one more kind of niche marking. Health companies who are part of our directory will get us as a backlink - a relevant backlink. We get vetted service providers to share with our site visitors. It's a win-win scenario and we're really excited about this expansion."
