The National Society of Leadership and Success Announces Presentation Lineup for Spring Semester 2013: Rudy Giuliani, Brad Meltzer, and Peter Bregman

The National Society of Leadership and Success today announced that Rudy Giuliani, Brad Meltzer and Peter Bregman will be headlining its national speaker series for the 2013 spring semester. The Society speaker series, which reaches more than 300 college campuses and 225,000 students each month during the academic year, is designed to support The National Society of Leadership and Success’s overall mission of building leaders who make a better world.

The National Society of Leadership and Success today announced that Rudy Giuliani, Brad Meltzer and Peter Bregman will be headlining its national speaker series for the 2013 spring semester. The Society speaker series, which reaches more than 300 college campuses and 225,000 students each month during the academic year, is designed to support The National Society of Leadership and Success’s overall mission of building leaders who make a better world.

On February 5, 2013,Rudy Giuliani will be speaking on the topic, "Principled Leadership: In the Face of Change and Crisis.” Rudy Giuliani is the renowned 107th Mayor of New York City (1993-2001). Under his leadership, he reduced the overall crime and murder rate to make New York City the safest large city in America. Just when New Yorkers were beginning to enjoy the city's revitalization, the unimaginable hit on 9-11. Giuliani swiftly marshaled his remarkable leadership skills to pull his city, and perhaps the entire nation, through the crisis. As a result of his accomplishments, he was named "Person of the Year" by Time Magazine, received an honorary knighthood by the Queen of England and awarded the "Ronald Reagan Presidential Freedom Award". He has been touted as one of the most effective chief executives in modern American history.

On February 26, 2013, Brad Meltzer will be speaking on the topic, "How To Write Your Own Obituary.” Brad Meltzer is the author of the #1 New York Times bestseller The Inner Circle the host of the History Channel TV series Brad Meltzer's Decoded. His newest novel is The Fifth Assassin. He is also the author of the non-fiction best seller Heroes For My Son as well as several other bestselling thrillers. When the Wall Street Journal told Brad that one of his charitable acts would be in his obituary, it sent Brad on a quest to find out what else might be there. Hear the funny, inspiring, and always entertaining story that will never let you look at your life the same way again.

On March 19, 2012,Peter Bregman will be presenting the topic, "18 Minutes: Find Your Focus, Master Distraction, and Get the Right Things Done.” Peter Bregman is CEO of Bregman Partners, Inc., a global management-consulting firm that advises CEOs and their leadership teams. He speaks, writes, and consults about how to lead and how to live. He is the author of 18 Minutes: Find Your Focus, Master Distraction, and Get the Right Things Done, winner of the Gold Medal from the Axiom Business Book awards, named the best business book of the year on NPR, and selected by Publisher's Weekly and the New York Post as a top 10 business book of the year. Peter has been featured on PBS, ABC, and CNN. He is also a regular contributor to Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, Forbes, National Public Radio (NPR), Psychology Today, and CNN, as well as a weekly commentator on Fox Business News.
