January 21, 2013 Lead Plaintiff Deadline in the Class Action Lawsuit

The filed complaint alleges violations of the anti-fraud provisions of the federal securities laws on behalf of the Company’s common stock holders and was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Case No. 2012-cv-08557). No class has been certified in the above action.
