Innovative surf company Hui Hui Inc. releases progressive new product just in time for the holiday season.

Not only do they make night riding possible, they make it safer.

Innovative and envelope pushing Hui Hui Inc, a Jupiter,Fl based company, has created the world’s first ever stand up paddle board complete with underwater LED dive lights attached to the bottom.

Hui Hui Inc is becoming known as the frontrunner for most progressive surf company around. From their surf balance bracelets, to their adjustable paddles, to their fresh and innovative paddle board designs, Hui Hui has added another weapon to their growing arsenal, The “Day & Night Series”, paddle board complete with underwater remote controlled LED dive lights.
Founded in 2010 the Hawaiian inspired Hui Hui Inc has since made a name for itself through the development of several ground breaking products which have helped it gain momentum in a very crowded and competitive Stand Up Paddle Board industry. Founder Kevin Keogh said he believes the underwater lit boards will once again change the stand up paddle board game.
“It is definitely going to shake things up, that’s for sure. It’s just like when we first started putting graphics on the bottom of our boards. People didn’t think you could do that, but we did. Now you see companies everywhere doing it. People are not going to believe their eyes when they see these boards paddling toward them. Not only do they make night riding possible, they make it safer.”

The patented “Day and Night” series boards are unique to say the least. Running on just AA batteries, they come complete with detachable remote controlled underwater dive lights that illuminate the ocean’s floor. The boards are perfect for riding at night and do a great job of illuminating sea creatures and any hazards that may be below. The lights also can make you more visible to boaters. Night riding seems to be growing in popularity as more people purchase boards and more full moon tours are given. The company is trying to raise $50,000 so it can mass produce the patented boards nationally and begin selling them online, according to a fundraising appeal posted on the website Hui Hui is also looking into presenting the idea with the state of Florida to help create a safer nighttime paddle boarding experience.

Within the past few years stand up paddle boarding has seen an explosion in popularity. In what is quickly becoming a crowded industry it is the ones that keep moving forward and “pushing the envelope” that will survive.

Keogh states “The industry is becoming very cluttered. It seems everywhere you look there’s a new paddle board company sprouting up. We started off as a small company that just made innovative silicone surf bracelets and we grew into the paddle board supplier that we are now. And we are not going to stop there. We may end up as a boat manufacturer, we don’t know and that’s fine. The key is to keep moving forward, not become complacent, and of course always keep developing cool new products. As Wayne Gretzky once said, “A good hockey player plays where the puck is. A great hockey player plays where the puck is going to be.”
