Earnest Ingram has been named the new General Manager of Atlanta Operations at NexxLinx, a leading business process outsourcing and marketing services firm based in Atlanta.
Prior to joining NexxLinx, Ingram served as VP of Business Development at Nsoro, and has been responsible for contact center operations for 500+ agent centers for Verizon Wireless, Air Touch, Bellsouth Telecommunications, and MCI as well as RMA Home Services. He also has extensive experience in healthcare, consumer packaged goods, and government.

Ingram earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia College and State University.
