Following an article about a vegetarian-friendly restaurant opening at a Texas brewery, Yumi Media responds with their comments.

On December 14, 2012, Yumi Media responded to a San Antonio Business Journal article by Donna J. Tuttle, regarding a Green Vegetarian Cuisine restaurant opening at Pearl Brewery in San Antonio Texas.

According to the San Antonio Business Journal article, “Vegetarians rejoice! All signs point to Green Vegetarian Cuisine opening a new location at the Historic Pearl Brewery.” The article states that “coming soon” signs are up at the site of the future restaurant, resting assure that vegetarians appetites will be taken care of.

According to a Peloton Commercial Real Estate brochure, “This restaurant space has an outdoor patio providing a unique opportunity for an independent, chef-driven concept.” The article informs that this new location will be the third Green Vegetarian Cuisine restaurant opening up for vegetarians.

Yumi Media responded to the article with excitement for another vegetarian-friendly restaurant opening up, as well as how to have a good vegetarian meal at home. “Vegetarians have a very limited meal choice when they go out to eat, as there are not many vegetarian restaurants, or restaurants that offer vegetarian dishes,” says Yumi Media representative Takara Licausi. “To get a good vegetarian meal at home, I would try Quorn meat substitute products. I have never heard of any Quorn complaints when it came to good vegetarian meals.”
