Dialtel Adds Two New Features to Live Transfers Service

Dialtel Inc, a leading provider of Voice Broadcasting Services since 2004, has added Screen Pop Caller ID and Multiple Transfer Numbers to their Live Transfers Service.

Dialtel is not charging any extra money to use these powerful Voice Broadcasting features.

Dialtel has released two new features to help power customers using their Live Transfer Leads service. They are calling these features “Screen Pop Caller ID” and “Multiple Transfer Numbers”. These features will help customers to enhance their campaigns in many different ways.

Screen Pop Caller ID will allow customers to have the prospects number come through as the Caller ID rather than the stored Caller ID in the system. This will allow call centers to identify the inbound caller and utilize screen pop technology to pull up the customer data. This empowers the sales agents with the necessary information they need to properly handle the calls.

Multiple Transfer Numbers lets the customer program more than one transfer number into the system. This may be useful if the customer does not have a PBX to distribute the calls or if the customer has remote agents scattered in different locations.

Dialtel is not charging any extra money to use these powerful Voice Broadcasting features. Actually, in the recent past they also introduced free call recording which is a feature that most vendors charge extra to utilize.
