“This distinction shows our member’s commitment to creating a positive work environment and caring for their professionals.”
Gainesville, Florida (PRWEB) December 13, 2012
CPAmerica International congratulates five of its member firms for being recognized in the Top 100 Best Firms to Work For by Accounting Today in the December 2012 issue.
The firms honored were McGowen, Hurst, Clark & Smith; N&K CPAs; Gelman, Rosenberg & Freedman CPAs; Teal, Becker & Chiaramonte CPAs and Rushton & Company.
“We want to congratulate our members for this great honor,” said Alan Deichler, president of CPAmerica. “This distinction shows our member’s commitment to creating a positive work environment and caring for their professionals.”
Seventy-five percent of the firm’s score consisted of the results of their employee engagement and satisfaction survey which measures culture and communications, role satisfaction, supervisor relationships, training and development and overall engagement. The remainder came from the employer benefits and policies questionnaire, which reviews the firm’s overall culture, programs, policies and demographics. These surveys were directed by a third party provider for the list.
The Top 100 honorees were divided into categories of small firms (15-49 employees), midsized firms (50-249 employees) and large firms (250 or more employees).
