In January 2010, Stark Office Suites opened its first NYC location in the heart of Manhattan, inhabiting 25,447-square-feet (two full tower floors) at One Grand Central Place. Due to its rapid growth and popularity amongst attorneys and professional service firms, Stark Office Suites has leased a third premium floor. With the addition of the 40th floor to the existing 46th and 47th, Stark adds 13,467-square-feet to its NYC location for a total of 38,914-square-feet at 60 East 42nd Street. In addition to the Company’s expansion in New York City, Stark Office Suites has also acquired an additional 1,700-square-feet for its White Plains, NY location. Along with the extra square footage, Adam J. Stark, president of Stark Office Suites, also signed a long-term lease extension through 2022 demonstrating their commitment to the Company’s White Plains headquarters.
Since its establishment in 2004, Stark has grown significantly. Stark currently has more than 500 clients, and has experienced a substantial increase in revenues in 2012.
