The Matrix CRM and Sales Management Software System is now utilized by over 3800 individual users across 291 stations; which comprise a total of 31 station groups.

Among the many new features included in the release, enhancements around Agency management were most requested by customers, as it is a critical component in the nuances of media sales. Other improvements centered around increased control over the data for more accurate reporting, updates to mobile, and the addition of a new Budget Report which provides a complete view of the business against its goals.
