Matrix Solutions, the leading provider of CRM and Sales Management Software to the media industry, announced the roll out of another significant Matrix product release - this time with noteworthy upgrades as a direct result of user feedback. The Matrix CRM and Sales Management Software System is now utilized by over 3800 individual users across 291 stations; which comprise a total of 31 station groups.

“The many features of the latest product release have been driven by user feedback,” said DJ Cavanaugh, CEO and Partner of Matrix Solutions. “We know and understand that it is vitally important to listen to our customers who use the product on a daily basis in an effort to continually deliver product enhancements that provide improved, real, and tangible value.”

Among the many new features included in the release, enhancements around Agency management were most requested by customers, as it is a critical component in the nuances of media sales. Other improvements centered around increased control over the data for more accurate reporting, updates to mobile, and the addition of a new Budget Report which provides a complete view of the business against its goals.

“While we are pleased with the product direction and most importantly, we welcome our user’s input, we are looking forward in 2013 to exploring partnerships and integrations that fit with our vision, adding tools that will enhance collaboration as well as continuing our focus on mobility,” stated Jonathan Diven, Director of Product Management Matrix Solutions. Matrix is a web-based and hosted solution so the actual upgrade is transparent on the back end.
