It’s not just a place to work, it’s a way to grow.

Above & Beyond, Inc. has served the Montclair business community for nearly 20 years. The expansion of the company’s successful shared office and business support services model was a natural progression for the organization. Now, in addition to maintaining its location and services in Montclair, Above & Beyond will also serve Sussex County, New Jersey, with a new shared office and coworking facility called C3Workplace.
The “C3” part of the facility’s name stands for “connect, collaborate, and community.” “It is my vision that by creating an environment where people can connect and collaborate that we can all help to build community, both business’s and the local communities we live in. So, it’s not just a place to work, it’s a way to grow,” stated Donna Miller, founder of Above & Beyond and C3Workplace. “C3Workplace is excited to be a part of the Sussex County community and we are very encouraged by the welcome and interest we have received from local business owners and entrepreneurs”.
C3Workplace (http://www.c3workplace.com), located at 37 Main Street in Sparta, New Jersey, offers office space for rent on a full-time or part-time basis, as well as an open coworking space. The coworking space is designed for professionals who need to break out of the isolation of a home office. The professional environment of C3Workplace’s open coworking space is a welcome alternative to the typical coffee shop environment often endured by “road warriors” and entrepreneurs. Meeting rooms and event space are also available for rent on an as-needed basis. For more stationary businesses, C3Workplace’s full time or part time office space is very affordable.
“I am so excited to have a beautiful and professional place to meet with clients on an as-needed basis,” stated Pam Aungst, owner of the online marketing agency Pam Ann Marketing (http://pamannmarketing.com). “I always felt slightly unprofessional meeting with clients in a coffee shop, but didn’t need office space on a full-time basis. C3Workplace is the perfect solution for an entrepreneur like myself.”
A truly unique feature of this new facility is the “wellness room” with a private bathroom that is available on a “day of week” rental basis, allowing practitioners such as to have their own space on a certain day or days of the week. There is also a private counseling room that offers psychologists, psychiatrists, social and other mental health workers a similar option.
However, despite the impressive facility, C3Workplace aims to be “more than just office space,” offering opportunities to connect and collaborate with a community of like-minded professionals. C3Workplace will be offering educational business training seminars and networking events on a regular basis, and fully anticipates that the tenants and coworkers of C3Workplace will build mutually-beneficial business relationships amongst themselves. In fact, this type of collaboration has already begun happening.
C3Workplace invites businesspeople in the Sparta and surrounding communities to join them for a holiday open house and networking event on Tuesday, December 18th at 5:00pm. Attendees can register at http://bit.ly/C3OpenHouse, and are asked to bring a nonperishable food donation for the First Presbyterian Church of Sparta’s food bank. Those interested in learning more about C3Workplace can come to the open house event, visit the website at http://www.c3workplace.com, or call Donna Miller at 973-509-4632.
