Their wine director is Josh Farrell who has 20 years of experience as a wine taster. Mr. Farrell was the cellar master and sommelier for the Windows on the World restaurant in New York in the 1980’s and early 1990’s. During his time at the Windows on the World, he did all of the buying for their 2,000 selection wine list and 100,000 wine bottle cellar. He has traveled to vineyards all over the world selecting the best wines."
