Canvas Stretching Machine, LLC will be attending their 5th trade show in as many years. Live demonstrations will be conducted continuously of the canvas stretching process.

“Users can quickly and easily produce tight, uniform stretches,” says Canvas Stretching Machine co-founder Greg Moulin. “The Gallery Stretchers we produce are the fastest and most efficient canvas stretching machines on the market,” says Dave Weaver, Canvas Stretching Machine co-founder.

The Gallery Stretcher was originally targeted toward artists, photographers, small frame shops and hobbyists. In the past 7 years the print-on-demand industry has grown so much that the bulk of their sales is to high-production print shops.

Canvas Stretching Machine LLC recently implemented a program that offers existing customers the opportunity to have their older model machines rebuilt to the same standard as this years model. “Our machines have evolved over the past 5 years. We have designed our own extruded angle bar, fortified the machine for high-production facilities and developed new adjustable stretcher plates that simplify the stretching process, these features are now available to those customers with older machines,” says Canvas Stretching Machine co-founder Greg Moulin. “The Gallery Stretchers we produce are the fastest and most efficient canvas stretching machines on the market, built specifically to withstand the rigors of a high-production facility,” says Dave Weaver.

The concept of rebuilding older machines was born from the idea that there is always room for improvement in design and operation of any machine. Some of the design changes were made to fortify the frame to withstand the relentless pounding endured in a high-production print shop. Some print shops produce upwards of 4000 stretches per month, many of these shops operate in 12 hour shifts. Many of the design changes were implemented shortly after touring some of their larger accounts. Canvas Stretching Machine anticipates rebuilding many of the older machines manufactured prior to 2011 over the next few years.

Canvas Stretching Machine manufactures machines up to 96" and will custom-make a machine to any size. They also sell their own stretcher bar in length and custom-make production workbenches to suit the needs of their customers.
