Students visit Roll-Kraft on National Manufacturing Day

"It is absolutely essential that we support our manufacturing companies, as societal responsibilities are transferred to the next generation,” said Roll-Kraft President Chuck Gehrisch.

Roll-Kraft recently participated in the first National Manufacturing Day. Junior and senior students from Bedford High School in Ohio visited the company for a tour of the office and plant.

National Manufacturing Day showcased the highly-skilled and rewarding jobs that are available in manufacturing. It was designed to increase knowledge and improve the public perception of manufacturing careers and the immense value of manufacturing to the U.S. economy. The day was an occasion for students, parents, educators, media, and the community to focus together on the real career opportunities, training, and resources in U.S. manufacturing companies.

“Manufacturing jobs are critical to the success of our communities,” said Roll-Kraft President Chuck Gehrisch. “They provide stability and long-term, solid futures for our citizens and their families. It is absolutely essential that we support our manufacturing companies, as societal responsibilities are transferred to the next generation.”

Roll-Kraft has its headquarters in Mentor, Ohio, and maintains other facilities in Frankfort, Illinois (Roll-Kraft Northern), and Ontario, Canada (Roll-Kraft Ltd.). The company phone number is (888) 953-9400 or (440) 205-3100, and the fax number is (440) 205-3110. Please also visit the web site at roll-kraft.com.
