Cloud solution experts AppLayer launch RecruitBox, a fresh approach to recruitment IT administration

The recruitment industry suffers huge losses due to internal data theft. Research from Mishcon suggests 86% of confidential data stolen is client and applicant contact details. The majority of theft is from either disgruntled employees or those leaving to join competitors and set up their own agencies. With research from Gartner showing a rapid growth of companies adopting the cloud each year it is important for companies to consider a solution which best suits their business instead of simply adopting a “best fit” approach from what’s on offer.

The offering is presented via a Windows Hosted Desktop which provides a secure, highly scalable working environment to each employee. Recruitment applications run from back-end cloud servers which are easily expanded in response to increased demand. This is administered by the RecruitBox cloud panel where managers and IT staff can add and remove employees or resources quickly.

By removing the need for local installations and drives, directors have a complete overview of the type of environment and data they want their employees to access.
