They are fortunate to have a very special bunch of people at HealthPost and these people are at the heart of the service they provide.

HealthPost was born out of a genuine need. When Linley, a solo mother of three living in a remote rural area and recovering from ulcerative colitis, couldn’t access the barley grass she needed at an affordable price, she began ordering it in bulk and sharing it around the community. As demand steadily grew, Linley employed her friend Di to help and then Di’s friend Sandy and for many years HealthPost remained a three-woman operation.
With the advent of online shopping, HealthPost took its wealth of natural health experience onto the internet and the business moved to another level. Most of their business now happens through the website but customers will still get a ‘real ‘person when they need one, by phone or email. They oversee every one of their orders with the care that their long-standing customers have come to count on.
HealthPost now has a tireless team of 35 staff, making it a major employer in Collingwood, a tiny coastal village in Golden Bay, at the northern tip of the South Island of New Zealand. HealthPost continues to be based in Golden Bay, because essentially they like living there. They may be living in the ‘back of beyond’ but every day they are sending good to people in locations as diverse as Auckland, Sydney, Seoul, Tokyo, London and Rio de Janeiro. This special synthesis of the local and the international also extends to their staff; among the Kiwis they have Swiss, British, Australian, Japanese, Israeli and German members of the HealthPost whanau.
While rural living poses logistical challenges from time to time (they get the parcels out by helicopter when the roads are flooded!), they believe that their beautiful location is a big part of who they are (check out their Golden Bay photo galleries) and they pride themselves on their speedy delivery. They encourage good relationships and a healthy work-life balance for all their staff. They are fortunate to have a very special bunch of people at HealthPost and these people are at the heart of the service they provide.
At this time of the year when people are searching for something different as a gift, a HealthPost gift voucher is an attractive and convenient gift as they are so easy to use and can be delivered (via email) to that special someone at any time and place. They have a huge range of supplements and personal care products, including a great selection of luxurious natural skincare.
