"We view the Londonderry and Knoxville facilities as natural extensions of our existing footprint in the New England and Tennessee markets," David Levenfeld, President and CEO of Storage Pros.

Storage Pros Management LLC (“SPM”) (http://StorageProsManagement.com/), announces the acquisition four self storage facilities in the states of Florida, Tennessee and New Hampshire.

The Florida facilities, located in Royal Palm Beach and Orlando, represent Storage Pros’ first foray into the state. The Tennessee facility, located in Knoxville, adds to SPM’s presence in that sub-market where it already has two facilities under management. In total, SPM manages 10 facilities in Tennessee. The fourth facility, located in Londonderry, New Hampshire, is SPM’s first facility in New Hampshire, and its 11th property in the New England states.

SPM has launched a capital improvement program covering all four facilities, and is in the process of rebranding them to the “Storage Pros Self Storage” trade name.

“We view the Londonderry and Knoxville facilities as natural extensions of our existing footprint in the New England and Tennessee markets,” said David Levenfeld, President and CEO of Storage Pros. “The Florida facilities represent a strategic expansion of our Southeast U.S. district and position SPM to leverage existing resources as we build our presence in those markets.”

The four facilities comprise a total of more than 2,000 storage units and 225,000 rentable square feet. Overall, Storage Pros now manages 54 facilities in eight states, all in New England, the Midwest and the Southeast. The properties comprise more than 3.1 million square feet of self storage space and more than 26,000 storage units and parking spaces for rent.
