HomeSeal Atlanta, the locally trusted radon mitigation contractor, is promoting the Environmental Protection Agency’s designation of January as National Radon Action Month. This is the ideal time to raise the community’s awareness about the dangers of radon.

“Educating people to the dangers of radon exposure in our homes is an important goal for us,” said Mike Perry, co-owner of HomeSeal Atlanta. He goes on to say that, “Having the EPA designate January as National Radon Action Month helps gain exposure and create awareness of this deadly environmental danger.”

In their continued efforts to inform and educate the community, HomeSeal Atlanta is reaching out to local media and associations to share information about radon including how to successfully reduce high levels of radon in the home.

Similar to the EPA guidelines for National Radon Action Month, HomeSeal recommends learning the facts about radon, scheduling a radon test by a certified contractor, installing a mitigation system if required, and spreading the word about the risks of radon.

HomeSeal has grown over the years to become a leading provider of radon mitigation services and radon information. Their staff of certified radon specialists has been trained and tested through National Radon Defense, the international network of expert radon professionals. In addition to their radon services, they also offer dehumidification systems and electronic air cleaners.

HomeSeal Atlanta is a proud member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB), National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), John’s Creek Business Association (JCBA), Johns Creek Chamber, Northeast Metro Association of Realtors (NAMAR) and the Solid Source Realty Vendor Program. They offer their services throughout Greater Atlanta including Norcross, Suwannee, Cumming, Alpharetta, Roswell, Marietta, and nearby towns.
