NetBoss Performance Analytics works with NetBoss XT or as a standalone appliance

NetBoss Technologies, Inc., announced today that NetBoss Performance Analytics is now available and offers advanced key performance indicator (KPI) measurement, instrumentation and baselines network performance.

The Performance Analytics capability can be incorporated with NetBoss XT or used as a standalone appliance that supports such technologies as SNMP, xFlow, NBAR, VoIP, and IPSLA and is deployed as distributed appliances in the network.

To remain competitive in a highly-mobile world, communication providers need to focus on customer experience, which requires the lowering of operational costs and improving the quality of service (QoS). NetBoss Performance Analytics delivers end-to-end visibility into service quality trends so that proactive decisions can be made before costly outages impact customers and, subsequently, their revenue streams. NetBoss Performance Analytics also provides a new revenue opportunity for communication providers to deliver VIP monitoring services to their high value customers without increasing headcount.

Performance Analytics helps pinpoint the start of service degradation for residential and business clients while saving time and money. The product predicts service-affecting events and allows employees at the service-delivery level to respond efficiently, cutting through red tape and unnecessary problem evaluation delays.
