On Monday December 24, 2012, attorney Richard Schulte of Wright& Schulte LLC will be appearing on Fox Television's Moore Law Show in Cincinnati, Ohio to answer viewers legal questions regarding product liability cases. Appearing on the show entitled “When a Product Hurts You,” Mr. Schulte will be providing his experienced legal advice and perspective to inform viewers about their legal rights, what they should do if they are injured by a product, and what they can do to try to make the responsible parties accountable for their negligence and recklessness. Viewers can call in with their questions, or they can pose their questions on Facebook before the show airs at 9:30 A.M. One of the primary points of focus for the television show will be addressing some of the fallacies associated with the age-old notion of “let the buyer beware.” Although this had been the standard of law for decades, if a person is using a product as any reasonable individual would and gets hurt, he may have grounds to file a product liability case against the defective product's manufacturer, designers, wholesalers and/or retailers.

Mr. Schulte will also discuss some of the standards for filing legitimate product liability lawsuits; these include claims of manufacturing defects in which the product has been poorly or improperly assembled, design defects in which the product's fundamental structure is inherently dangerous or defective, and failure to warn claims in which a company does not properly warn the public about the risks of using a particular product.

Among the more recent types of product liability cases that Wright & Schulte has taken on include Skechers lawsuits, Imprelis herbicide lawsuits, defective baby products lawsuits, and defective medical device lawsuits.
