DALLAS, Tex. – The YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas’s After School Program, has teamed up with Radio Disney Dallas AM 620 for its 1st annual “Rockin’ New Year’s Bash for Kids” to be held at the Dr Pepper Arena on January 5, 2012, from 5pm – 7pm in Frisco, TX.
Kids are invited to enjoy two action-packed hours of fun including LEGO engineering by LEGOLAND Discovery Center & SEA LIFE Aquarium, archery, a Dallas Stars experience, Zumbatomic® fitness dance, games and more. Attendees will have a chance to win the V-I-P treatment at an upcoming Texas Tornado hockey game or family packs to LEGOLAND Discovery Center & SEA LIFE Aquarium, and vote for their favorite FISD Elementary school to receive their very own Radio Disney Dallas AM 620 “Rockin Recess Party.”
Votes may be cast by doing one of the following activities:
- Attend the Bash = 1 Vote for the student’s school
- Wear a school shirt = 1 additional vote for the school
- For all Y kids, the YMCA shirt = 2 additional votes
- The school that receives the most votes at the Rockin’ New Year’s Bash will receive their very own Radio Disney Dallas AM 620 Rockin' Recess Party. The more attendees from each school, the more likely that school will WIN!
