Are you or someone you love living with Crohn’s disease?
Learn how to manage the challenges Crohn’s disease presents during a group discussion with Crohn’s disease patient advocate Marci Ziemski from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Jan. 8 at the HM Home Care office, 979 Tibbetts-Wick Road, Girard.
Ziemski will present simple strategies for working with a gastroenterologist to manage Crohn’s disease. She will also discuss free educational support and resources available to patients through the Abbott Crohn’s Patient Advocate Program.
This discussion, sponsored by the Youngstown Area Ostomy Support Group and Humility of Mary Health Partners, is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be provided.
