Therefore in the end, causing an onslaught of difficulty for the business to cope. If the owners fail to keep up with the growth of society, then negative reviews from sites like Yelp, can easily extinguish a decade’s worth a work, in one fell swoop.

  • Monitor your server and keep track of all the reviews, positive or negative, being posted on review sites.
  • Hire or sign up for server monitoring services, to be in informed of possible problems that may arise on the backend of the business’ website.
  • Be diligent in providing a solution to a disappointed customer.
  • Flag reviews that have been left on false pretenses. Such as, if the reviewer has never actually used a business’ services.
