Shirley Measeles is excited to announce the creation and launch of her new website venture, http://www.KidsBookCave.com. The website features books that are appropriate for children of all ages from birth to teenagers up to fifteen years of age. Measeles is someone who has always loved to read, having read to her daughters when they were small and her grandchildren as well. All of her children and grandchildren have similarly loved to read and been successful in school and in their chosen careers, which has led Measeles to believe reading has been a very important force behind their success.
“I feel like an investment in reading and books is an investment in the future of your child,” Measeles stated. Of particular note, there are many books on KidsBookCave.com that have won the Caldecott Award, which are listed in a special place on the website. All of these books are classics that have lasted for many years with great pictures and stories; Measeles has done the research to make sure that the books offered on her website are the best picture books, story books, and classic books that are on the market.
In January 2013, Measeles intends to expand the website to include the ability for customers to purchase eBooks, digital downloads, and interactive books for kids on KidsBookCave.com.
To complement the main website, Measeles is also launching a blog located at http://www.KidsBookCaveBlog.com. The blog will feature topics related to the different books that are available for sale on the website, as well as providing information related to the authors who have written those books. Measeles intends to address the different categories of product available on her website including books for babies and adolescents, books for young teens, Caldecott winners, beautiful picture books, Bible story books, and even cookbooks for kids. There are also books in Spanish within each of these available categories.
