Ícaro Technologies, a leading company for integration of management solutions, has been recognized by IBM as “AAA” level on five Tivoli products: IBM Tivoli Service Request Manager, IBM Tivoli Network Manager IP Edition, IBM Tivoli Netcool Impact, IBM Tivoli Netcool OMNibus, and IBM Tivoli Service Management Network and Service Assurance.
The Tivoli Deployment Accreditation initiative awards IBM business partners that have made significant investments in developing their skills. It proves that Icaro Technologies has the knowledge and know-how to plan, design and deploy Tivoli solutions, having demonstrated it through a series of successfully implemented projects in 2011/2012.
According to Kleber Stroeh, Icaro Technologies’ executive director, the award is the recognition of a long term partnership between the companies as well as Icaro’s ability to deliver different types of projects with quality. “Such a great achievement reflects the maturity we have reached in integrating Tivoli solutions in many vertical industries. It also strengthens our partnership with IBM”, stresses Stroeh.
For Andre Pinheiro, IBM Brasil Tivoli Executive, this achievement is a result of the partner’s qualification in the technology developed by IBM. “AAA is the highest level of Accreditation, which presents higher demands than similar programs in the market. Just to have an idea, very few worldwide partners manage to reach level A. The fact that Ícaro has reached five AAA´s, plus three AA´s and five A´s, corroborates its extensive technical skills in the Tivoli products”, he says.
