New service coordinator for Technical Equipment Sales Company charged with making the service call process more efficient and customer friendly.

Technical Equipment Sales Company (, a division of Morris Group, Inc., announced the hiring of Joseph Pollitt as service coordinator.

Mr. Pollitt will maintain the service board and master schedule for Technical Equipment Sales’ twenty-one field service engineers.    According to Technical Equipment Sales’ president, Lou Olson, Mr. Pollitt’s primary focus will be to improve the frequency and quality of communication throughout the service process. “The importance of timely, efficient communication to our customers cannot be overstated,“ explained Olson.

Mr. Pollit’s hiring was necessitated by the strong manufacturing recovery of the previous three years - one that resulted in a significantly broadened customer base. “Ensuring that our customers receive the high level of service that they have come to expect required the addition of a resource to help coordinate all the moving pieces efficiently,” says Olson. “His hiring is a reflection of our desire to provide service that is second to none.”
