Abracon Releases AFS14 and AFS20 Series of Ultra Miniature SAW Band Pass Filters

In line with our pursuit of high technology products, Abracon has launched its 1.4x1.1x0.7 (AFS14) and 2.0x1.6x0.9mm (AFS20) ceramic packaged, seam-sealed SAW Band Pass Filters.

A globally preferred, leading supplier of frequency control and magnetic components, Abracon Corporation introduces its AFS14 and AFS20 series of Ultra Miniature SAW Band Pass Filters.

“In line with our pursuit of high technology products, Abracon has launched its 1.4x1.1x0.7 (AFS14) and 2.0x1.6x0.9mm (AFS20) ceramic packaged, seam-sealed SAW Band Pass Filters. These solutions provide a low cost, small profile, high performance option for wireless equipment and smart phone manufacturers working in the 700MHz to 2.4GHz frequency range,” explains Syed Raza, Director of Engineering at Abracon Corporation.

The AFS14 device is available from the 722MHz to 2,436MHz range, while the AFS20 device offers multiple options in the 719MHz to 2,017MHz range. Standard applications for these filters include Wireless Communication, Remote Control, Cellular, GPS and Bluetooth solutions, requiring miniature, low cost and excellent selectivity filters.

Key features include:

• 719MHz to 2,436MHz Overall range with multiple carrier frequencies.
• -10ºC to +60ºC and -30ºC to +85ºC Operating temperature range (frequency dependent).
• Input power handling capability of +10dBm minimum.
• STEP, 3D and S-Parameter files available upon request.
• Space saving 2.0x1.6x0.9mm and 1.4x1.1x0.7mm SMT Packages.

Both AFS14 and AFS20 filters are currently in stock with Abracon's global distribution partners at a competitive resale price of $0.30 to $0.40 for quantities of 10,000.
