Dave Herman, a writer and actor from New Jersey, has just been hired for his 100th job of 2012 and will be working as a correspondent for NBC on New Year’s Eve. After appearing on the Today Show to speak about his previous 99 jobs, Dave Herman announced his wish for job number 100--to work as a correspondent on New Year’s Eve in Times Square. His request was granted this past Saturday when he was notified that he had been booked to be a part of “New Year’s Eve with Carson Daly”.

Herman, whose previous jobs have included being a maid, street musician, game show contestant, celebrity interviewer, world record breaker, and everything in between, is thrilled to have received this opportunity. “If you told me when I started on this project (100 Jobs 1 year) that this is what it would lead to, I would have been ecstatic.”
