We are going to help those with impacted credit histories be able to achieve their dream of homeownership again. We change people’s lives forever.

Phoenix, Arizona (PRWEB) December 31, 2012

A group of real estate investors with a combined experience of more than 60 years in the real estate industry are coming together to create an exciting new program meant to help renters become home owners. Not only are they helping Phoenix residents live the American dream, but they also make it affordable by doubling the renter’s earnest money investment to help with closing costs.

“We help renters who have never thought they could own a home become owners,” said Jim Dinegri with AZ RTO Homes. “In most cases, these new home owners save hundreds of dollars each month from owning rather than renting. Additionally, we save them $3,000 to $15,000 by purchasing and renovating the home. We strive to take our clients from credit to keys.”

AZ RTO Homes is currently working to buy available homes, renovate them and then provide affordable living opportunities for entry-level and move-up Arizona families. Often, the families are able to move into a completely renovated home for less than the price they are currently paying in rent.

“Many people have had their credit negatively impacted by the economic downturn,” Jim Dinegri said. “We create opportunities for challenged homebuyers to rebuild their credit, and purchase a home. With our program, it’s not a question of if you will qualify to own a home, but when.”

Homebuyers can use the assistance from the AZ RTO Homes team of mortgage, credit and real estate professionals to someday own a home. In fact, the company uses an easy five-step process to help each renter progress on the path to homeownership.

In the last ten years, the company has helped hundreds of renters become home owners in part by completing more than $70 million in first time homebuyer projects. This new program is the direct result of that experience.

“Owning a home is still the American dream for families all over Arizona,” said Jim Dinegri with AZ RTO Homes. “We are going to help those with impacted credit histories be able to achieve their dream of homeownership again. We change people’s lives forever.”
