Customers received an email from RatePoint on 27th January, indicating that all services, including Reputation Management, Email Marketing, Surveys, and Product Reviews, would be discontinued effective 2nd February. In an excerpt from the email, the company recommends “removing all RatePoint widgets, buttons, seals, and signup boxes from [customer] websites, as soon as possible.” Customers are also advised to retrieve any and all information relevant to their accounts as soon as possible, because after closure, the information will not be available any longer.
PureViews, a trusted online brand management company, is offering RatePoint customers an easy and painless transition into their services. Customers will be able to retain their online reputation, and at the same monthly expense.

The company is looking to smooth the transition, by offering extensive technical support, reduced rates, and special offers. RatePoint customers switching to PureViews services will be offered a 50% coupon for selected services. The offer closes on February 2nd, 2012.
