I-Trac temporary matting deployed with JEA

Macro Plastics announced today the opening of a full-service, manufacturer-direct rental depot in Jacksonville, Florida, providing temporary roadway matting. With over 100,000 square feet of industrial strength product on hand and available for immediate delivery, customers now have more cost-effective options for their contracting needs.

“We saw the need for an alternative plastic matting solution in the Florida region,” stated Dan Jakubiak, Director of the MacroTrac Division of Macro Plastics. “Our latest patented product, I-Trac™, is engineered to carry extreme loads, while transporting three times more efficiently than other solutions on the market. I-Trac also offers the flexibility of being manually deployed in small sections or mechanically deployed in large pre-assembled sections.”

I-Trac rental installations are currently deployed on multiple JEA sites providing temporary roadway access for line contractors. I-Trac is also actively installed at the Mayo Clinic as crane matting for their expansion job site.
