"It's a key to unlocking the treasure chest of life. Quantum physics and metaphysics both maintain that whatever you put your attention on, expands. Whatever you focus on, grows. So why not focus on what you love!”

While in New York this past New Year’s Eve, Los Angeles-based author I. J. Weinstock had an experience that changed the way he views Valentine's Day. He discovered what he calls "a key to opening life's treasure chest," and, with the help of Twitter, he's making it available as a free Valentine's Day gift so people can "cast a Quantum LoveSpell to grow the love in their life."
While participating in a New Year's Eve drum circle, Weinstock heard the voice of his late wife, Joy, ask him a question—"What do you love?" Inspired by this supernatural encounter, he made an unusual New Year’s resolution. On January 1st, he tweeted: “I proclaim 2012 as The Year of Love! I resolve to ‘beat the drum for LOVE all year'!”
And so he did, starting with his next tweet: “Happy 2012: I love birdsong in the morning. I love dreaming. I love a hot shower. Love isn't the destination, it's the path.”
From that day on, via his Twitter account @SoulmateGuider, Weinstock "beat the drum for Love:"
- I love candlelight, moonlight, the spotlight.
- I love walking, stretching, dancing.
- I love music, art, creativity in all its forms.
- I love playing with children and being child-like with adults.
- I love remembering great memories, my passions and even my passwords.
- I love horseplay, foreplay and wordplay.
- I love the word “and” because it's the most hopeful word in the English language.
Weinstock calculated that by the end of 2012, he’ll have declared “at least 1001 loves which is like putting money in the bank. A Love Bank.” Taking his metaphor even further, he wondered, “What if I deposit ten thousand loves in my Love Bank? A hundred thousand? What would it feel like to be a Love-illionaire?”
Beating the drum for Love on Twitter has been a magical experience for Weinstock. “With that simple but profound question, Joy gave me a key to unlocking the treasure chest of life,” he explained. “Quantum physics and metaphysics both maintain that whatever you put your attention on, expands. So by declaring my love, beating the drum for love, I’m casting a spell—a Quantum LoveSpell—that grows the love in my life.”
Inspired by his on-going Twitter experience, Weinstock has written "The Quantum LoveSpell Handbook: A 30-Day Heaven-Sent Program to Create More Love in Your Life."
He describes the Handbook as a “simple yet powerful practice. Remember, whatever you focus on, grows. So why not focus on what you love!”
Weinstock believes everyone can benefit from his Handbook. “Doesn’t everyone want to grow the love in their life? If you’re in a relationship, this will open up a new channel of communication. Upgrade the in-to-me-see, better known as intimacy.”
For the single person who's looking for that special someone, Weinstock—who with his late wife taught a "How To Find Your Soulmate" workshop—maintains that “one of the secrets to finding a soulmate is to Cast a Quantum LoveSpell, so that you become more love-able, i.e. able to love. Think of it as a daily Love Workout that builds your Love Muscle.”
According to Weinstock even mothers-to-be might benefit. “Doesn’t every child coming into the world want a mother who loves their life? Wouldn’t it be wonderful if expectant mothers grew the love in their life while growing the babies in their wombs.”
Whatever one's romantic status, Weinstock believes that using "The Quantum LoveSpell Handbook" will grow the love in one's life. Hoping to inspire others the way his late wife inspired him, Weinstock is making his book available on his website as a free gift through Valentine’s Day. “Give yourself a Valentine’s Day Gift," he urges. "You deserve it. And it’s free!”
I. J. Weinstock is the author of the recently published memoir, “JOYride: How My Late Wife Loved Me Back To Life.” His forthcoming book about how to find your soulmate will be published this Spring.
